The original building located at 251 Water Street is the principle office, where Greg Farris, Sean Farris, Tammy Ham Thompson, Charles Rudelitch and Tom Carey have offices. 218 Water Street
Gardiner, ME 04345 (across the street from 251 Water Street office) The new building at 218 Water Street (across the street) provides an annex for the real estate department, along with that of employment and personal injury. Scott Ladd, Dan Bates and Michelle Allott have offices in this building.

From the South via I-295
• Drive North on I-95 N.
• Merge onto I-295 N via exit number 6A toward Portland downtown.
• Take Exit 49.
• Turn right onto Brunswick Avenue (US Route 201).
• Follow Brunswick Avenue (US Route 201) into Downtown Gardiner.
• Turn right onto Water Street.
• 251 Water Street will be on the left before the next intersection.
From the South via ME Turnpike
• Drive North on I-495 N.
• Take Exit 14A- toward I-95.
• Turn LEFT onto Lewiston Road (Maine Route 126/9.)
• Follow Maine Route 126/9 into Downtown Gardiner. That will be Water Street. At the light, drive into town.
• 251 Water Street will be on the left before the next intersection.
From the North via I-295
• Drive South on I-295.
• Take Exit 51.
• Turn LEFT onto Lewiston Road (Maine Route 126/9.)
• Follow Maine Route 126/9 into Downtown Gardiner. That will be Water Street. At the light, drive into town.
• 251 Water Street will be on the left before the next intersection.
