Farris Law has a substantial practice in providing commercial and residential real estate conveyancing and mortgage lending services. We represent buyers, sellers, borrowers and mortgage lenders in all facets of their real estate and lending transactions. We work closely with our clients and are sensitive to their circumstances and needs in ensuring that their needs and their customer's needs are met.

The office is located in Gardiner, Maine just off I-95 and I-295, and it abuts Water Street with a large municipal parking lot to accommodate our clients. In addition to conducting closings held at our offices, we are also glad to conduct closings outside the offices to accommodate our clients' needs. We are approved attorneys for a number of lenders and are title insurance agents for First American Title Insurance Company.
